If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or would like to return your order, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please fill out the returns form included in your order and pop it back with the items you wish to return. If you have lost your returns form, please email us at apperal@tapelondon.com requesting a replacement.

​Your items must be unused/unworn in it's original packaging (including swing tags) to be eligible for a refund. 

​ Items are returned at the customer's expense. Tape London are unable to cover any further delivery charges from the original receipt.

​Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. We start processing all orders/pre-orders immediately. This means that once your order is placed and your items have been assigned, or pre-orders have gone into production, you will be unable to cancel or edit it. You may return your items once you receive them using our returns form. 

​Any faulty items must be disclosed to us at apperal@tapelondon.com within 3 days of delivery. Please state your order number and include a photo of your item and a description of the problem.
